Adding to the brilliant list of ways to cook in your Ooni Pizza Oven, this 3-Piece Grizzler Pan comprises an oval griddle pan with a removable handle and its own thick wooden trivet to protect your patio table when you’re ready to serve what you’ve cooked inside your Ooni.

Ideal for searing thick cuts of meat – complete with those authentic flame-grilled stripes – or speedy cooking of hearty chunks of veg, such as cauliflower, carrots, Tomato, Potatoes and anything seafood or Poultry, it’s also super-useful for baking in a conventional oven rather than outdoors.

Set includes:

  • Cast Iron Grizzler Dish – a deeper than average sizzling dish with raised ridges that make it perfect for searing meats or roasting vegetables. Bring it on!
  • Cast Iron Handle – uniquely designed to help you safely transfer your sizzler dish in and out of the oven, it locks into the looped handles at either end of the dish to help you place it into the pizza oven and then extract it again once the cooking’s done. No longer a need for any fumbling with hot pans and burnt hands!
  • Wooden Trivet – a thick wooden board that’s shaped to hold the cast iron dish perfectly when it comes out of the oven, it acts as a safe resting place that’ll protect your table and looks great as a serving board. Made from FSC-certified wood.

*Scorch marks, warping and any signs of cracking on the board are completely normal after first use. This can happen as a result of being exposed to the high temperatures of our cast iron pans. The wooden board is designed to protect the work surface from damage and therefore, is a sacrificial surface to some extent. The use of the cast iron pan will not be affected by these changes to the wooden board. We recommend only using board for a few minutes at a time while transferring food or plating up. Please be aware you are using an extremely hot piece of steel with a timber board, it will affect it, guaranteed.
